Make Room for Reading
We’re collaborating with Coffee Religion at their new reading room! Please purchase a ticket as your RSVP.
This is a ticketed event, but your $15 ticket will credit toward your cafe purchase during the meetup!
About the location:
Coffee Religion is a specialty coffee and pastry cafe located in Henderson
They play a playlist that’s reading friendly, but please bring headphones too if noise distracts you
There is a variety of seating available
Parking is in any open spot in their lot
Nearest library is the Paseo Verde Library
Nearest book stores are Mad Red Books and XOXO Book Boutique
What to expect:
When you arrive, you’ll order at the counter and then find a seat with the group, or anywhere else
Our monthly free bookmarks and stickers will be with the organizer, look for the table sign and help yourself!
Seating may be up to availability, so the group won’t necessarily all sit together. Feel free to move if a spot opens up, or choose the spot that suits you best.
If you’d like to meet the organizer to say hello you will see them seated somewhere inside, check Instagram for an update
You are welcome to sit with the organizer if there is a spot open
Spend as much or as little time as you like, the important thing is you showed up and dedicated a little time in your week for reading.
Social aspect:
This truly is a no pressure, low effort environment. Don’t wanna chat? You don’t have to.
If you do want to use this event to socialize, be sure to ask that person if they want to chat too.
